Can I not remain enternaly young?

The day of my birth has come and gone and I feel a bit of the blue funks. Don't get me wrong, I had a grand day altogether. I was pampered, suprised, and given lots of lovely gifts. My morose mood stems from simply ageing. I am not sure I want to slide farther into adaulthood. I have been married for almost 12 years, and five children. I am a home owner, and a mini-van driver. Is that not enough? Can I not stop there? Must what is left of my youth be sucked slowly from me?

It seems that time (and gravity) wait for no woman.

  1. i see that you posted your pic right from picasa. see, it's easy peasy! and you'll see that the comments are addicting:)

and you DO stay eternally young. you amaze me with how you do so freaking much with so many kids. truely an inspiration.

one idea is to have your comments pop up in another window. i just like that so i can go back and read your post while i comment in case i forget something, but that's just me. you can change it in your comments moderation tab in either your dashboard or layout?? idk actually. somebody told me (my cousin Lacey)

  2. Yay! Daisy has a blog!!! Don't worry, Daisy, I have a feeling that no matter how much your body may age, you will always be a fun kid at heart!! Miss you!

  3. oh my Daisy. i think you are much too beautiful for your own good, and i am not alone in that thought. i recently showed one of my friends here in my ward a picture of you, and she thought you were Carrie, because surely you could not be older than 20! when i corrected her, she was shocked and amazed, and wanted to know your secret.
you see, you are the only one on the planet who doesnt know how extraordinarily stunning you are!

  4. I once heard that kids are like sponges. They suck the life out of you, but at the end of the day, a big squeeze and you get some of it back. Happy Easter!
